To have your own off-site Avatar, follow these steps:

Go to your Profile (under the "Go" menu, choose "My Space", and choose "Profile" in the Sub-menu)
From your Member Profile page, click the "View/Edit Complete Profile" link on the upper right.

Scroll down until you see "Avatar/Picture URL" and click the "Edit" link.

In the Avatar window Pop-up, click the "Custom Avatar" link (... just above the picts).

Type in the URL to your off-site Avatar.

Lastly, click the "Update Avatar" button.
Voila.

Note: The "Upload Custom Avatar" feature has not been turned on yet, so don't try.

Thanks, but....I wouldn't know what to do with Karma if it hit me in the face.

A Car would be good though! Perhaps the new Mercedes SmartCar. Of course, I'd have to move to Europe so that I could drive it.
(... it gets so many miles per gallon, they don't allow the SmartCar in the U.S..... )

Thank you Alex. I am very very very happy. Now I can go gush more about Colin through an avatar on a Lisa forum. Well I gush about her on a Colin Forum. I am quite backwards. All that aside I gotta go find my colin again!

A smartcar? what about a smartdriver? We need a few of those in VA.
