It is with great sadness that I must inform people that Sandy West of the Runaways passed away Saturday night. I was at the Joan Jett show and Joan let us know that Sandy had passed about an hour before the show. Somehow, Joan went on-tears and all. I do not know how but she did. We have truly lost a great female drummer. My thoughts are with Sandy's family and friends.
