I have to say thank you for your music. NOW WHAT has really sunk in to my life lyrically. So much so that I have dedicated 4 songs to my mother that are being presented to her in a court trial tomorrow 5/30/06. I'LL FIGURE IT OUT has been my anthem to her followed by IDIOT, TURBULENCE, and HIGH ENOUGH (seeing that is what I felt like during the ****tiest times)

My name is Rhonda, and I am in a place in my life I never thought I would be. I gave temporary guardianship to my mother during my divorce. I have been in court to reverse this for 8 months now. I have 3 children, 12, 5, and 3 years old. My oldest son has ADHD and I never believed in pumping him with drugs for it. But now in my mothers custody, well, she has him on steep doses of 3 different meds. She still showers him, has him sleep next to her with my daughter at the end of the bed like a dog, and my youngest son on the other side of her (though my father still sleeps in their bedroom downstairs in their very large home). She pours dish soap in my daughters mouth as to "wash the lies out of her mouth" and brags how she doesn't even have to tell her to open her mouth anymore, "she just comes in and sticks out her tongue for me" my mother says. My daughter Brook (age 5) gets very sick from ingesting the liquid soap everyday, so my mother gives her Mylanta tablets everyday before school. She hits her all the time, oh I could go on, but it just mortifies me more to do so.

Miriam, my mother, professes to be a preacher, teacher, and counselor. The children are forced to call her "Mommy" even though I am present in their lives. She has had them since March of 2005, but as I look back, this has been 37 years of my own life. The system is so ****ing outrageous, that they acknowledge and have seen and documented all the atrocities that my children are and have been going through there, yet they will do nothing about it, nor let me have any control over it. I know you are a mother too, so you can understand the sickness in my stomach even trying to comprehend why, and have to watch my children suffer. LOL, she literally DOES hate wire hangers. My lawyer is bringing one into court tomorrow seriously. I pray this comes to an end sometime soon. All in Gods timing I know. I weep for them.

Your lyrics on this album have REALLY HIT HOME with me. Even the plastic flowers of her "Better Homes and Gardens Stuffy overly done" home. Almost every single word of I'LL FIGURE IT OUT fits. As do the other 3 songs I have listed. Wow, I can't tell you how your words have helped me to define what I am feeling. Thank You. All of your songs I can either relate to or understand whom or what you are singing about. You are very talented and I admire your talent, and you as a person.

Know that I will represent your lyrics in court with the utmost dignity and confidence, and use them in such a way for others to gain understanding of my gut feelings. And again, thank you for giving me clarity in words of what I couldn't explain from my heart. Thank you also for your strong efforts on stopping the drugging of our children. I sure as hell don't want my kids to go down any of the ****ing roads I have been down, and I certainly don't want to give them a shove by pumping them with all the **** the doctors push on the parents to "help" their children cope with ADD and ADHD, etc.

Keep writing and singing all the good **** that the rest of us can't seem to get out of our mouths!!!!!!!

I couldnt agree more, her lyrics speaks volumes for so mamy people... its hard to figure out how to put your emotions during hard times, and i've found that Lisa has helped me alot too.

are you having trouble getting your kids back because you let her have temp. custody? ...i dont understand why you cant get them back! doesnt temporary mean temp. ? what happened why is it not temporary anymore? ohwell...i hope everything is ok. ...

majik, yes temporary is supposed to mean just that. But seing that the children receive $2,700.00 a month out of mine and my husbands pockets to her by court order compliments of her attorney and herself, she has been "sickly overcome" by the finacial gain. Court couldn't have gone WORSE!!!! It's going to be in court for another 2 months till August. I am having to PAY to see my children now. $180.00 a pop. My children cry before they have to leave me because they want to be with me. Rips me to shreds. She has lied to the courts that she was never properly informed of the termination of gaurdianship on November 10th of 2005. Although myslef and the Tulsa County Sheriffs Department delivered it personally that night to her, and she showed up in court the next day including a lawyer!! If I may so bravly quote..."It took me all my life to finally figure out, that I'm not in the mood to be ANYTHING like you." I must remind her that PURGERY is a crime punishable by law!!!!! I have now slapped a civil slander and malicious acts lawsuit on my own mother. She is the type to swoon one in by asking personal things of someone and then diving in to their personal life with overly dramatic concern and then go into a sobbing routine about how she has gone through something similar if not the same. So sappy and fake. 2 lines come to mind here.....

The second line is for the fact, when I call for my children to talk to them, she acts so absolutly sticky ****up sweet. FAKE PHONEY LOSER

Jesse, Brook, and Donovan, my children, need much prayer. As does my unborn child that she has already called child protective services on.
I am due in August, and she is claiming to them that I am feeding my unborn child elicit drugs so she may take custody of my child the moment he's born. OMG! I hope they take my blood. Hell, they can have my whole ****ing arm for that matter.

Pardon my anger to my own flesh and blood, but I do quite think she has crossed the line here. I am merly a soul that was born, to a woman and sent out in the world.... to find her thorn. It's in my side that I can't seem to alleviate.

FINAL NOTE: she started her own website called: BIBLICAL ADVISOR.COM. Sickness is in the heart of the most suducing minds. but don't let her know that I am posting. I seem to be able to reason here, and I wouldn't want this privilege to not be mine anymore. And Lisa's site is certainly a privilege to all of us, not to mention the honor of being able to hear and read her views on life.

If you would like me to air more of the "DIRTY LAUNDRY" of this case and how Lisa's lyrics are keeping me sane and enlightened, please let me know and share your thoughts with me as well. I do enjoy your realizations that I am not losing my heart and mind over all of this.

Please pray for my husband. I had to rush him into the hospital thru the night last night. He has an abcess in his lungs and it has burst filling his lungs with fluid. It has also infected his heart. He is in serious condition. His white blood cell count has rocketed to 21,200. He is in great pain. They are going to tap his lungs in an hour to try to reduce the fluid.

I have a scheduled visit with my children in 3 hours and I haven't slept yet. I don't know how to do it all.

it's 3:00 central. new update. the abscess is now being ruled "a mass" and they are moving him to ICU. They will biopsy this evening.

I saw my children today. My mother showed up and grabbed my daughter by the forearm and lifted her off the ground, she screamed. She had been crying because she didnt want to leave me. She also had a 3 inch burn on the inside of her arm. 2nd degree. this was all witnessed by supervised visitation. CPS has been called. If they remove her today, she will be put in Foster Care. This feels like someone elses soap opera, i swear. Have to turn my head away at the moment. Too much.

and im sorry to hear about the lung abcess...i had many in icu at one time. ...i hope he will be ok. MAYBE ITS NOT AN ABCESS ...YOU DONT BIOPSY AN ABCESS YOU DRAIN IT. GOD BLESS ALL THE SICK and HEALTHY.

one more thing. ...if she was served by the sheriff...she would of had to sign the notice that she rec'd it. and when a sheriff delivers a summons or notice SHE GOT IT IF THE SHERIFF SAID SHE GOT IT ...THE COURT BELIEVES THE COURT. ...

This was truly about the lyrics bringing into focus of explaining what I deeply am feeling, but I myself couldn't come up with the words that really were or are poignant enough. So I found my solace in the lyrics of both TWIMC and NOW WHAT. They are poetic and honest to the core. An admiration and gratefullness of them that runs very deep for me. The words are "sweet inspirations" to us all.

in answer...WELL....thats a whole in the ground,LOL anyway, that has all been entered and documented in the court system that I AM a fit mother. And her confusing idiosyncrasies have also been reported, documented, and entered. She fired her last attorney a week before this trial. A strategy well planned out. As her new attorney entered appearance 3 days before trial, this gave her more time to keep the money coming and dragging this all out longer. With the new lawyer, she was able to start this case from scratch all over again with new unadvised counsel. My lawyer has brought it all. I don't mean to trash my mother here, I simply cannot understand how one can treat their flesh and blood in such a way. And I didn't mean to make this posting so political in nature, EVER. Just venting I guess. Please forgive me.
