met mick and john mcvie....2x ....once when mick was playin w/ the ZOO ...and then with FM when it was w/ "children of the sun" dude and becca again ....

got to play tambourine a couple songs live w/ mick ....it was a dream come true..and it was at a small bar here ...when he was w/ the ZOO ...then met john mcvie when they toured w/ the "new" FM before FM got back together ....

idk. ...i signed up my name a long time ago to alot of different mail addresses ...to keep my name mine lol....and im not sure which i wrote from ...but ...i dont care ...i just wanted her to hear what i had to say ....

but i had a contact to her from mick ...and chickened out ...lol this was like 10 years ago. ...

I think the only way to give a letter to a
" star " is if you can hand it over to them yourself that way you know they will read it .

I did that to Chrissie Hynde she's in a band called The Pretenders
I wrote to her a few times and they would send me pins and stickers but it was not from Chrissie Hynde it was her people so when I saw her live 3 X the first time I saw her I decided to write her a letter and hand it to her well my dream came true because her concert was in a small club and I got there early and stood in line for hours in the rain but when the doors open I was one of the first person to get to the stage so there was no way anyone was going to push me over + I had my husband there .
Anyways she gets on stage and people are throwing stuff at her and I had my letter and a gift and she walk by and looks at me and I hand her the gift and my letter ..
I never heard from her but I know she got it ..

oh yeah...he gave me a business card to send my songs to her ...and i then i didnt do it for one i was chicken for 2 ..i thought the card was bogus until ...about 6 months later ...i get "my 25 years in FM" book by mick..and the dude on the bus. card was dennis dunstan and he had been micks personal body guard since 76 and now micks manager ..who works w/ Stevie on things * and there was a fax number he said i could fax it ...but then i never did it ...i did call but hung up too nervous LOLOLOL....live and learn LOLOL

I would not just send them your music because how can you show proff that that is your music you know .
So in a way that's good you didn't send them your music don't you need a lawyer to make sure no one takes your credit of music writting ?

i was a 24 year old party girl that didnt know sht about the music business. ...i just wanted my idol to read what i wrote ...since Stevie is a poet and i wanted her to read what she started !!! LOL

she was the reason i started writing music and i write alot like her. ....and yes all my songs werent finished and only a couple on tape ...BUT no worries ...i understand it all now ... im 36. been through the mill w/ music and im over it unless im on my front porch or in the livin room w/ friends hangin out ..i like to jam ...but ...i still will one day give her some of my songs. ...as a present to show her what she started in me at age 15 and ever since. ....

why don't you start up a band and sing at bars and wedding ?

oh ive been in bands...

i just cant handle the smoke ...my lungs are bad...and im over the bar scene. ...if i ever had a band again it would have to be one that was discovered and straight to Arena's by passing the bar scene LOL.....hey , if ya dream ya might as well dream big right? ROF!

no id rather write and record my songs for once. ..instead of working on everyone elses songs in bands. but yes if i could sing my originals and make money in bars doin it ...i would. ...id suffer thru the smoke ...but peeps in bars want to hear what they know. ...so ..thats what i mean about getting stuck in bars ...and you have to remember im a girl and im very good on guitar...and bass...and i dont sing. ...so its hard to write with a bunch of guys ...coz i hate all girl bands. ....lol....(gotta have the guys in there somewhere lol) *

im a guitar player since 15 yr old....i can sing if im relaxed...i have anxiety problems. ...but i have a hard time holding tune by my self...i dont listen to myself ...so if i sing with someone else ...im fine ...but i dont like to sing ...only back up ...
