RCA has rushed the second single off "My December" which is set to be "Sober". We got a blog entry from Kelly herself last night and I swear it said "Thanks to all the people of voted and requested "Never Again" My second single will be "Sober" and it hits radio tomorrow."

I've been checking out her songs from her new CD on MTV's "The Leak", they have the entire songs on there, and I like it alot! Good for her for sticking to her guns!

I bought this album on Monday and although it isn't as good as Breakaway this is still an amazing albu, and her new song is great.

I can not stop playing this song! Kelly sounds awesome! And disregard what i said before, this deserves to be a giant radio hit! But , sadly, to have a radio hit, artists have to have their record company support the song and pay to get it played!! Not sure if Kelly's label is doing that. They have given her quite a hard time lately. The days of fans deciding what songs are hits, are long gone!

hey lil where do you listen to the album. I don't see anywhere to listen to the tracks on the leak. I am confused.

I have that song on a CD I burned recently! Sober is a beautiful song! I may get her new album My December when I get the chance! From what I read on amazon.com it is supposed to be her most personal album yet!

dont get me wrong, love this song. Her music is great. I was just turned off by her when a few years back she would not let AMI play her songs. So stopped purchasing her music. Am I misinformed??

She did @ 1st refuse to let AI use her songs, but then changed her mind.. I think if they use KC's songs on the show, it has to be done on a case by case basis.. songs have to be cleared by KC 1st or something..

It's got something to do with licensing.. Idol pays $$ to artist for the rights to all songs sung on the show.. If the "publisher" turns down the $$ offer, then the contestant must pick another song.. it's not just KC.

I think KC should let them use her music since that's where she got her start, but I can understand why she wants to have control over it as well.
