I soooo hope I don't jinx myself by posting this! But yes I am taking a road trip on Saturday to see Stevie in Michigan!!! I have been checking the seats on Ticketmaster for months, a couple of weeks ago a front row seat opened up! I grabbed it! I have seen Stevie alot over the years, solo and with Fleetwood Mac. She is an amazing performer! She is a f.riggin icon!!! I am sooo psyched to see her again, up close!!! I will be happy if I can shake her hand!! Wish me luck on my road trip!

I got to the show in plenty of time, I allowed extra time in case I ran into any problems on the road. I was sitting next to some cool Stevie fans, which made the time go by faster. Chris Issac opened. He was very entertaining, I really only knew one of his songs, but he was a good opening act.
After an intermission the band came out and started the music to Stand Back! This has always been my favorite song to see Stevie do live and what a way to start the show!!! Stevie looked awesome!! She was all in black, black pants a really cool jacket and chunky black boots. She looked fantastic, thinner than the last time I had seen her. She really rocked out, a great start to a fantastic show! She sang lots of her hits, including, Dreams, Rhiannon, I Need To Know, If Anyone Falls In Love. She completely kicked b.utt on Gold Dust Women and Enchanted!! Oh did I mention I was in the front row?? I have seen Stevie alot over the years, the closest I had ever been was the 3rd row. Needless to say I was psyched to be right up front! I was struck by how tiny Stevie is! She looked to be similar in height to Lisa. It amaazes me when these powerful voices come out of such petite ladies! Lol! Stevie changed several times, she wore a black dress , with a couple of different shawls. She later wore a cool frilly white dress with a black jacket over it. Stevie talked alot, at one point she told us she had just swallowed a bug while she was singing! It was funny, her backup singer quickly got her some water.During Landslide Stevie had a big screen that showed pictures of her growing up, and with family. Stevie's dad passed away a couple years ago, so this was especially touching. Stevie's last song (before encores) is always Edge of Seventeen. She shakes hands with everyone in the front row! It was an honor to shake her hand!! Stevie is a true icon! She is also really down to earth,she was such a sweetheart thanking us individually as she shook our hands! Then it was time for the first encore, and guess who came out with Stevie? Kid Rock was in the house! The crowd went crazy! They did the Led Zeplain song Rock'n Roll. Well it was mostly Stevie singing, Kid helped out on the chorus, he also played tambourine and danced around Stevie alot..lol..it was cool. Oh and he was smoking a big fat cigar the whole time and was wearing his usual wife beater tee shirt! It was a fun surprise! Stevie ended with her gorgeous song Beauty And The Beast. She ended by telling the audience to keep going to concerts and buying cds to help save the music industry. Stevie is f.riggin awesome! Rock on Stevie!!!

I got to see Chris Issac w/ LMP I like some of his music, especially Whicked Game.

Sound like she played all her top hits.. Did she have any new material/songs?

And what an encore! Kid MoFo'ing ROCK! Yeap, Stevie is the shiznit!

Chris Issac is a great performer...I only knew Wicked Game when I saw him, sadly I dont know many more songs...But he is fun He played with Lisa her first go round..

It was a great show!! No new songs Syndee, she did do two songs from her Trouble In Shangri-La cd, but that came out a few years ago. You aren't doing to shabby in the concert department Jeff! Very cool! You gotta see Stevie one of these days Syd!

i dont really like that CD ...but its STEVIE so ...i still have it in my collection loll..
BUT LOVE 'WILD HEART' and BELLA DONA CDs. .....absolutely love them wild heart got me thru alot of sht in the 80s i was in alot group homes coz i was wild ...my parents made up for it tho ...BUT wild heart EXpecially got me thru alot. ...GREAT ALBUM EVERY SONG. ...*

btw. ...there are really good (prolly VHS) but ...good STEVIE concerts. ....one at Red Rocks at night and its majikal. ...awesome magic. (music majik is what i mean btw) oh yeah and MIRAGE TOUR DVD/VHS? is GREAT TOO !!!

How cool is this?? Someone caught Stevie's shaking hands on video, from my concert!! It's on You Tube!! LOL!! You can see me in it!! Toooo f.riggin funny!! I have on a blueish-green shirt, you can see the side of my head, I'm wearing glasses, right before the tall guy. It goes by real quick. What a crazy world we live in today!!
