MTV has announced the nominees for the 4th Annual TRL Awards, set to air on Saturday, February 25 at noon EST. Viewers can vote for the winners of the awards by visiting MTV.com from now through February 21. This year's show will feature appearances from Mariah Carey, Bono, Madonna, Kanye West, My Chemical Romance, Fall Out Boy, Ashlee Simpson, Jessica Alba and a special performance by Chris Brown.

The nominees include Kelly Clarkson, Gwen Stefani, Shakira and Mariah Carey for TRL's First Lady; and Kanye, Eminem, 50 Cent and Gerard Way from My Chemical Romance for Man Of The Year. The Best New Artist nods went to Ciara, Fall Out Boy, Chris Brown and MCR.

Furthermore, a Lifetime Achievement Award will be bestowed upon Madonna, and TRL also will acknowledge Bono with the Most Inspired Artist Award for his humanitarian efforts. This award was created for artists who transcend the world of music to make a profound impact on MTV's audience, as well as people around the globe. MTV also promises an exclusive studio segment with Christina Aguilera talking about her new album and more.
