here's the latest word on Van Halen:
(can't they get along or what?) sheesh. Was it too good to be true? Pollstar is reporting that the much-hyped Van Halen reunion tour with David Lee Roth has already fallen through and is now "officially postponed infinitely." Sources tell the tour magazine that a tour announcement may have not been far off, and just last week, Rolling Stone posted excerpts from an upcoming interview with Roth about the reunion, which is slated for its next issue. The magazine's Web site also unveiled the first-ever group shot of the current lineup of the band, including Eddie Van Halen, his brother Alex on drums and his son Wolfgang on bass. Sources also tell Denver's Rocky Mountain News that Van Halen's performance at next month's Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony may also be in jeopardy too. as for Guns 'N Roses here's the word on that: (ill be glad to hear their new music!) The original line-up of Guns N' Roses is set to reform. Frontman Axl Rose - who continues to perform under the band's name with new musicians - has buried the hatchet with original drummer Stevie Adler. Adler says he has been talking to former members Slash, Izzy Stradlin and Duff McKagan about a possible reunion tour and new album. Legendary Guns N' Roses guitarist Slash is writing his autobiography. The 41-year-old - real name Saul Hudson - will work alongside writer Anthony Bozza, who previously helped Motley Crue star Tommy Lee write his own autobiography "Tommyland." thanks for postin Lil' and CC ...yeah and Slash is Lenny Kravitz half brother and they went to the same high school and both made it "separate" ...i think thats neat ...their mom is the black lady married to the whie man on the jeffersons i think or it might be the other way around lol....but anyway ....fun fun !
