As the anniversary of one of my dearest friends passing comes upon us, I would like to explain and invite everyone to take a look at an idea that we both had. And my way of seeing it thru.

Most of you knew Mindy (min73) from the board. And for those that didn't, sad for you. She was one of the most wonderful people I have been lucky enough to know. One of the biggest true Lisa fans I have ever known.

It was a dream of Mindy and mine to start a Lisa Fan Site to have nothing but photos. The photos that so many fans want but can't get. The photos that some fight over. The photos that cause friendships to fade. We had the idea to post every photo we could find, without watermarks and big enough for everyone to print so they wouldn't have to resort to buying on Ebay and other places that sell them. And rip everyone off.

We were working on this project for the last few years of her life. We had changed so many things and ideas, that we never actually got to put it in motion before God needed another angel, and called Mindy home.

That is why i decided to open the flickr page and add all the photos that we had gotten over the years. The flickr account is in Mindy's memory. I know she would be very proud that I am in some way making our idea still possible. We talked countless hours about our idea. It was a passion for both of us. And I have thought and thought since her passing how I could still do this and it be affordable. So that is how our flickr page came about.

I am working really hard to add every photo that we had to it, for everyone to have and use as they wish. My only wish is that if you take the photo to use on your website, please do not watermark it. Please leave it as it is. So that others can enjoy it as they like. And please DO NOT SELL any of the photos.

I can promise you faithfully that I will add everything photo that i come across in the future. I will forever add to it. For as long as I am able. And i will never watermark any photo, so that anyone can print them if they like.

This will forever be my gift to Mindy.

And i would like to add that Mindy's favorite photos of Lisa Marie were of her in court fighting for Children's rights not to be drugged! She adored Lisa for taking such a wonderful stand, and she said when she looked at those photos, Lisa never had a more beautiful light in her eyes.

I never knew Mindy, but sorry to hear of her passing. I really appreciate you posting these photos, I think it needs to be done so that no one will have to watermark pics because they will already be available without watermark. I think it was an awesome idea and I have already posted some photos to my forum because like you said, it's hard to get them. So thank you and Mindy from me and the members of my forum, we really appreciate it, it's a great example to set for those who fight over pics, I know I probably went through a phase where I thought it was okay to watermark pics, but I think it's unnecessary now. What a wonderful way to honor a friend. I remember Min on the forum and some of the funny stories she used to tell would make you pee your pants! Thank you for sharing some great pics.

Dora what can I say? You are such a sweet and giving person! I sadly never got the chance to know Mindy though I have come to know of her through you and others who loved her and just to hear you speak makes me sooooooooooo wish I had known her for she sounds like an AWESOME person. I think this is such an amazing and wonderful idea and I know THIS Lisa fan cannot express how much it is and will continue to be appreciated. I think it is beautiful to see thru something that Mindy wanted to do but sadly wasn't able to. Everyone knows, or should by now, how I feel about watermarks and the fighting over credit for pics. Thank you so very very much for sharing your amazing Lisa pics with us without being so concerned about who gets credit for them and for simply sharing for the sake of sharing with your fellow fans and friends. Shows just how sweet and giving you truly are.

So weird...It feels like forever and then it feels like yesterday...I miss her..She was one honest Joe...Loved the simple things in life..If thats what you wanna call it..Her family meant everything to her,,LOL I am remembering the pics from the Forth of July parade in her town. Sorry drifted for a sec. Gah I just remembered pics of her kids halloween...She was the most amazing mom ever,,Daughter and wife,,friend...I am happy to say I knew her,,,And we were friends..Wish I had more time to benefit from her infinite wisdom and spirit.

Dora you have always been the most generous person I know as far as this subject goes...Thanks for sharing all you do..And Thanks for this thread,,I didnt realize yet that her anniversary was coming up. I hope her babies are doing ok..Hubby too!

She sure did Syd...she could make you just crack up and smile...when you were in a pity party mood....i miss her so!!

I haven't talk to Nelly in a min...I am sure she has talked to Stan ...maybe she will come around and let us know how the babies are doing.
