Ok, maybe I shouldn't post this here but I just have to get something off my chest! I think music nowadays ****! All artists think about is making "hits" and guess what? Teenagers are falling for them! I think it's sad....when you read the lyrics people are listening to, usually, they're not even good lyrics! They are meaningless!
Having said that: I appreciate what Lisa has done with her music....very unique and very her own. But today, I want to talk about someone in particular: Christina Aguilera. (Yes, I know....some of you might hate her and her guts) but I think that this new album that has come out is REALLY GOOD. And she really DID go back to her basics. The music she has brought back, the blues: music of the 1930s and 1940s...is pretty good. One particular song that catches my attention is "Oh Mother"....

I used to be obsessed with xtina, i went to her stripped tour (i went to the night that was released on dvd!!) and she was amazing. I keep meaning to buy this album, i might get it today actually. I'm curious to hear the F.U.S.S track lol Poor scott!

Oh Mother is a beautiful song! I seen a program on MTV called Christina Aguilera Back To Basics and I thought it was really good! She talked a little bit about the new album and she gave a couple of performances she performed Ain't No Other Man Candyman and Oh Mother I thought it was really good!

I know...I agree. This is her best music yet! And I am so thankful that she made this decision....it's very good! I can't wait to buy her album...

I love this new album of hers, I find Oh Mother very touching... I also like Oh Mercy Me (I think thats the right title lol) & Understand. It's a stand up album, it really is.

I just think she is a wonderful artist full stop.
