hello,
Sorry im so pissed. My grandma has neighbors and there 3 dogs come to my granny's house and ask for food and water. The stupid owners keep them in the backyard and they dont feed them. What should we do? Today I wrote them a letter andmy grandma dropped it off in there mailbox.  TRUMP MARINA I meet lisa and she said "I remember you" |

That is so terrible
 . Do you guys have the animal control officers where you live? If so you could give them a call to check out the situation. If the dogs are emaciated they will either take the dogs out of there(depending on how serious the situation is) or they will force the people to start bettering the dogs situation and will monitor how the dogs are doing from time to time.
