Thanks to LMP for bringing it up in TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN and in front of the nation when needed. Once I was in a public school where they werenot afraid to admit that 1/3 of all third graders were on daily doses of Ritalin. One girl told me how her step-dad took her ritalin on weekends. Children used to tell me how it made them sick and they were not hungry. Why would they be? Just before lunch at another the middle school a large red tool chest would be rolled out and the drawers opened to serve up the little pills. Now I read about a local woman (WI) to spend a year in prison for obtaining them and giving them to a man to support his habit. At one point it was said to be most popular in the prison systems. The things they do just blow my f'n mind:}!

AMPHETAMINES wow!,mama took them in the 70's as diet pills ,onimon 30 a.k.a yellow jackets, ELVIS begged her not too ,said she would get addicted she only took them for three months and got down to 89lbs.! mama works in the yard for energy now, but school kids are'nt developed in the brain enough for speed,i know it must screw up their coping skills and would'nt it affect their heart as well. this is selling them out at the least,they'll grow up psychotic.[GOD forbid]

The use of Ripalin is a serious problem. I was investigating about it for school radio, and I was shocked. I`ve read that it is used by 8 million children in USA and 5 million in Germany. It is just terrible. Then I read about the symptoms of so called mental and behaviour desorders among the children- as a child I and my brothers had at least 80% of them. Of course, we didn`t used anything and eventually grew up as healthy and succesfull young people with no learning or behaviour problems. So, I guess, the whole problem is about being different and creative child which can`t sit still for 24 hours in a day, and for some it`s easier to look after that poor, artificially calmed children. Children deserve to have a childhood. Unfortunately, too many people can`t understand it.

what I want to know is this......are we suppose to believe that Elvis Presley begged your mother not to take yellow jackets?
