Just wathced the insider a few minutes ago and just as I predicted they said not to feel to bad for Chris cause a Major rock band is already looking to get him as their new lead singer. They didn't say who though.

I saw that! I can`t recall the group`s name but they`re asking Chris to be their new lead singer. No word yet as to whether Chris accepted the offer.

I just saw an interveiw with Chris on my local Fox news he is taking it really well, after his(and ours) intial shock of what happened last night. He said he though at first he though for sure he was being PUNK'D and was waiting for Ashton to come running out there! lol He said he really hadn't mentaly prepared himself to leave, so he was shocked.

what? I thought Maynard Keanan was the lead singer of Tool. There are so many rumors going around. Tool and A perfect Circle are Maynard's bands. He sings for both of them, BUT there is a rumor APC broke up. So Maybe that ties in with the tool not having a singer either??? I don't know. Anyways is Chris an American Idol contestant? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Automatic. Imagine. I believe. Jared Leto could be my father if he had knocked up a girl at age 12! He loves his 45s. |

Just saw Chris on Idol Extra and he said that the band "Fuel" called him and are in "discussion" about him being in the band.... he didnt say he accepted any offers. I think he would probably see what comes his way first, he could have his own CD, ya know....well, who knows?! I know he'll do alright, he's extremely talented. Everyone at my work and everywhere I've gone today and peeps are talking about him.

I was told Tool a while back, but I could be wrong since you say you saw it on Idol Extra as being Fuel. Maybe it's both! LOL
He's already got a band back home, doesn't he???? Should be interesting... |

Well whatever band it is he won't be able to do anything for them till the AI tour is over this year. Right now he is under contract with them.
