Pink is in mourning. Elvis has left the building. Let us enlighten you - Elvis is the name of Pink's beloved pet dog. The unfortunate pooch drowned in the singer's swimming pool. Pink found Elvis the bulldog floating on the surface after she'd popped out for an hour. She tried to revive him, but to no avail. The dog had often swum in the pool at the Los Angeles mansion Pink shares with her hubby Carey Hart. Elvis was given to Pink by Mr Presley's daughter Lisa Marie. A friend told The Sun: "Elvis was like a child to her and Carey. Pop star PINK was left devastated after finding her beloved bulldog ELVIS had drowned in the swimming pool of her Los Angeles home. Pink, real name ALECIA MOORE, dubbed the dog Elvis because it was a gift from ELVIS PRESLEY's daughter and long-time friend LISA MARIE PRESLEY.
