Yeah, he put his hand over her mouth, which she didn't appreciate. She said "I don't know where that hand's been" meaning yuck it's cold and flu season and you've just been shaking hands with audience members. However, Rosie said on The View it was really homophobia.

Did you see Kelly's big rant about it to Regis? I think that she went a little overboard on what I think eas supposed to just be a cutesy thing that went too far. I don't know, I don't follow either of them.
