SAD NEWS October 27th, 2009 I am crying. I just found out my father died. I wasn’t able to see him since Father’s Day. He was mad at me. I love him… He was great man, Dean of Creative Arts at SFSU,creator of Tactile Dome, a world traveller who celebrated other cultures and people. He taught his brother Francis Coppola, his sister Talia, his sons, nephews, nieces and most of all the students he cherished. Before Hollywood does please mention August Coppola’s death for me on your own pages as a send off for a man who devoted his life to teaching.
