Laurie Sue Brockway Editor, Wedlok.com Anyone who has ever been pregnant knows that media owes a major apology to Lisa Ann Presley. The media was so nasty last week, snapping photos of her eating and running stories about how she packed on the pounds and was eating like crazy. She's suing one newspaper for calling her fat and upsetting her with taunting coverage. We do not blame her. On top of everything else you go through during pregnancy, those pregnancy hormones make you feel super sensitive. And really, anything media does to upset her balance will affect her baby. She stood up to it, revealed her pregnancy and basically took action that shut up the worst of the media vampires. I feel bad that she had to deal with all that while trying to deal with pregnancy, but she handled it well! I gained 45 pounds when I was pregnant with my son. I remember that food and eating were so important. When you're pregnant, sometimes it is hard to eat in the first trimester. Food and everything makes you nauseous. You are basically are at the mercy of your changing body. Then you get to a point where food is the only thing that keeps you balanced. if you don't eat when you need to eat you feel sick, strange, faint, awful. It is not unusual to also get sudden boinks in which you feel you blood sugar may have slipped, or the blood has drained out of you, and you have to eat immediately to start feeling normal. Pregnancy is not always elegant. Your body has to work hard to accomodate a new being. A woman who gives new life should be saluted, not attacked. As much as we love our kids, pregnancy requires we surrender our bodies to invaders for nine months. It's a miracle, yes, but it is hard work to grow another human inside of yourself. So back off celebrity blood ****ers. What you try to take from the mommy you also take from the baby. Don't try to take anything away from her experience. And even if she wasn't pregnant, so what if she wants to eat? She is a beautiful woman, normally quite svelt in form and very elegant. I say, leave Lisa Marie alone. Let her bond with her baby while it is growing inside and bond with her hubby of two years, Michael Lockwood, as they prepare for the birth, which some say is in fall. We wish them good health, happiness, an easy pregnancy, a good birth, and a beautiful baby. "I paint my own reality. My wee girl is only 5 weeks old and everything is all too fresh ... The 30lb weight gin, stretch marks and all the other unsightly items that accompany pregnancy .... but EVERYTHING was worth it when I look into her beautiful face!!! I noticed that,but later in the article they say Lisa Marie. I think it was just a mistake. They'll correct it. Everyone knows who they meant lol. Thanks for the video!!! Kudos to Lisa ~ I'm glad she is responding to the media attack. She should be enjoying this time with Lockwood and her family. Which I'm sure she is but she should not to take time out to deal with the A$$holes.
