(BUM) Singer Marilyn Manson has filed a lawsuit against one of his former musicians.
Manson feels cheated by his former keyboardist, Stephen Bier, better known as Madonna Wayne Gacy, and is suing him for breach of contract.
Last August, Bier filed a suit against the singer, claiming that he had not been paid according to the terms of their partnership. Bier also claimed that Manson had used his money to live an extravagant lifestyle.
Manson is now suing Biers for divulging confidential information to the media without his consent. Manson also contends that their contract had been changed in 1996, when he became the leader of the band.

ick......I don't know why anyone would want to take on a "stage" name of Madonna Wayne Gacy...his name alone makes me sick. Should have stuck with his birth name. IMHO
