A pregnant Lisa Marie Presley joined mum Priscilla on the red carpet in Hollywood for a screening of the legendary Elvis 68 Comeback Special.

The event opened the 25th annual William S Paley Television Festival.

Elvis's songstress daughter, who's expecting her third child, her first with husband Michael Lockwood, joked she's getting bigger by the day, saying: "I'm probably going to be the size of a double wide trailer!"

She added that she's having rather healthy cravings for "fruit smoothies" all the time.

Lisa Marie, 40, also revealed she's keen for her kids to know her late dad's legacy.

"I don't sit there and force it on them but they know and I definitely talk to them about it and they've seen things. I just don't want them to get overwhelmed by it so they lose their identity, so I walk a fine line," she said.

Priscilla, 62, said of Elvis's legendary 68 performance: "This was a pivotal time for him, it was an incredible show. I'd never really seen him on stage before, I'd never really seen him perform. You think 'Elvis Presley - how could he be nervous?' But he was very anxious, it'd been almost a decade since he was on stage, it was a whole new experience at a whole new time."

I IMAGINE HE WAS NERVOUS,ONE FALSE MOVE AND IT'S HELLO 9-5 AGAIN!BUT I HEARD HE WAS WONDERING ABOUT HIS AUDIENCE IN THE 70'S ,LIKE ARE THEY HERE TO ENJOY THE SHOW,OR ARE THEY JUST CURIOUS,AND NOSEY , MAYBE A LITTLE PARANOID AT TIMES I DON'T KNOW, BUT I THINK HE'S THE BEST THIS WORLD HAS TO OFFER CASE CLOSED. NOBODY COULD RELATE TO WHAT HIS BODY WENT THROUGH TRYING TO FILL THOSE DATES, HE'S TOUGH!
