Wonders Never Cease

I stand within a wintry wood,
And gaze across a snowy field.
He gave this to us as only He could,
Utter beauty & serenity in the power He does yield.

Have you ever wondered how a Maple got it’s name?
Or how a Spring breeze can float the worries from your mind?
Have you ever sat & just watched children play a game?
Or stare at the most beautiful flower you could find?

I always find peace at the sound,
Of waves crashing against the shore.
There is happiness to be found,
If you just enjoy instead of asking for more.

Because of life you learn so many things,
And there are reasons for all that is done.
If you don’t believe the truth that rings,
Breathe in the setting of the sun….
