Though.. to be fair ..WHY do you want to go to Glasgow? As much as i love it (and i do) it's not exactly landmark stuff! That being said.. West End festival & camera adventures in Glasgow tomorrow.. i'm excited!

Who wouldnt remember a guy that gives tours of goats and tells the history of grazing?

I have always wanted to go over there since I was a kid,,First getting into music,,,Everyone I liked was from the UK...I like the accents, The style the history the castles,,,EVERYTHING...I think the culture is awesome,,,You guys are really so ahead of us in so many ways.

When I go I want to do it right,,,I want a few weeks to travel...Meet peeps and see what I really want to.

I LOVED visting Scotland, the two times I was able too. I only got as far as Edinburgh, but still loved it. The people that come into the pubs with musical instruments and to sing, wonderful and everyone was so nice to me!

Cool.. you should def come over and explore at some point. Do a tour from top to bottom of the UK, or something like that. i imagine you'd fit in quite well in places like Glasgow or London! There's so much to see, though, you'd definitely need a few weeks!

You've been to Scotland? Neat.
i've only been to Edinburgh a handful of times. It's lovely and full of history, but i prefer Glasgow as a city. Personally, i don't understand why Edinburgh's our capital when Glasgow is so much bigger and better.
i like Edinburgh for the castle and the witchery tours and all its traditions and scenic surrounds ..but Glasgow just has so much more life! If you want the touristy, traditional vibe, do Edinburgh.. if you want the attitude and balls of 'real' Scotland, do Glasgow You should visit again and explore more!

Yep, I sure did ches! I was stationed in Germany for a year and ended up dating this Bagpiper who was well known, don't know if he is anymore, his name was Steven Young I think? I went to visit him their twice, so did not do the touristy thing, lol. He took me to lots of great pubs that were away from the tourist types, even the pub where Sean Connery hangs out when he is in town. I can say the name but I know I am butchering the spelling of it. It was called Heperdee's or the like. You know the big hill or mountain right outside of the town? I have pictures of me on top of it, let me see if I can find it for ya.

Didn't think i knew who 'Frightened Rabbit' were, but i looked them up & i recognise a couple of their tunes. Cool.
