Today I write this little poem for all the wonderful, caring people on the LMP Forum.
Three years ago when I became a member, I never dreamed I would find so many dear souls from so many walks of life. Your readiness to lend an ear or a even a shoulder to cry on is awe inspiring and can make those like me with the highest placed walls see them crumble under such warmth and compassion. Many a fan have had to go thru trying times, some even have died and come back to us. I believe because of all the outpouring of love that we have shown each other time and time again, no matter what the battle may be. Cancer, Death, Bone diseases, Divorce, heartbreak, they still are no match for all of the dear souls on Lisa Marie Presleys fan site. To say I for one, feel humbled would be an accurate statement indeed. And where I was cold on the inside and would never trust someone, I have found I have been taught a lesson in love and respeect and have started believing in humans once more. So let's continue to show this rare style towards each other not only here on LMP's forum, but in our everyday lives, because someday it just might turn out that you may need a shoulder to cry on and we all will be here as you were for us. Thank you everyone for being a diamond in the rough and caring for me when you did not have too. I will never forget this moment.
