so seeing Ugly Betty win two Golden Globes this week made me feel good!!
just wanted to tell you all what i go threw everyday. then i have to feel this vibrating from the construction going on with the freeways that i live by.

hey there your not on your own with the way you feel every day is battle to keep these things away a battle i lost last night i had a really bad day and the only person i have to talk to was not around shes so busy i dont talk much but i email her but for some reason im not sure why she didnt email last night like we planned too. lonely me just sent her 3 emails saying that im sorry (sorry is my most used word these days that and thank you) i just went to sleep 1-1.30am on the sofa with my music on after spending hours crying. its no fun at all being on your own with these things is it! i know if she had emailed me i would have been able to say things i needed to say and i would have felt alot better, i dont know if you find this too but when i feel realy down and stressed if somebody has some time for me (although they rarely do) it does make me feel some better it makes me feel wanted and less alone i guess if you havent already you should check out my topic from the main page its in world matters and the topic is mental health it is helpful just to read it, its ok if you dont want to but it would be nice to hear what you think and feel about it

Hope it all goes well for you both. I watch both Idol programs Tues and Wed. When something caught my ear I sat up and watched it. I laughed my aarase off at alot of it. However, not trying to down play anything Pam. Hope all goes well for you.

this is true when your feeling down its always good to know your not alone and reading what AlbertsonsGirl54 had wrote helped me because i was feeling alone and it always feels like you are the only one so it does help to know your not and i hope readin what we have wrote in responce to her post helps her too . i am always checking this site and am always here to chat to any of you who are feeling down even if you just want to moan i would be glad to help even if im not here at the time i will respond when i can
