Fake smiles and undue frowns adorn the faces of the masses Motions ebb and flow like left footed dances Emotions hidden by the lies told outside Through our faltering society we are all untied We are yet funhouse mirrors lost in the doubts of life It is now acceptable for kids to live the way of the knife The media, our friend, our enemy and savior Unto this we mold our futures and behavior Striving to achieve a false sense of perfection To be the one the next Brad or Lisa and win the election Sex and scandal lucratively sell, while honesty is left to lie Inside we are left to wonder our faults and why we must die Love and honesty are concepts lost through greed and vain Humanity and kindness are lost to unkind thoughts, insane As trained seals we go on without home cooked meals Lost is the conversation spent on take out wheels    ~~the ace of brats~~ : )- Capri thinks I'm cool <*Well you know once I thought I was wrong but I was mistaken *> A wise man knows more than he talks...But a fool often tells more than he knows |
