Hey Pen, did you know that they have Vitamins specially for your eyes? My grandpa has to take them cause he has Macular Degineration *sp* They have one specially for diabetics too. It's made by Bausch & Lomb,you can get it at wal-mart. lol..just figured I would tell ya,incase you wanted to check it out w/ your dr or something. Yes! My mom takes them, I have tried them, but the ones I tried I think may have had gluten in them coz I got sick right after starting them, I'm going to ask my eye doc about them, cause they really do help an amzing lot. Thanks Ducky,you're super duper, and I don't say that about just anyone!!

Welp I hope you can find some that don't have gluten. My gpa said they work really good too cause he was basicly blind before he started them. An thank you.

No such thing as a dumb question!!! It's part of having celiac disease, (Check out LJ's thread in world matters) gluten is made from wheat and is in SO MANY food products its plumb ridiculous, its even in envelope glue and caramel colouring in soda,etc.But if you have the allergies it shuts down your intestines to where they can't function and you starve to death no matter how much you eat.Questions are good Duckness, if I never asked questions, I'd be dead now. WOOT!
