i love to cook ...and found these cute neat recipes and thought we should start a thread...
so i guess ill type one....(and then scan the rest at friends house lol) coz the pics are so pretty too...
..lets do one at a time so we can maybe make a P!RATE Cookbook lol why not lmao.
GUILT FREE DOUBLE CHOCOLATE BROWNIES (yeah right if you dont eat 50 lol) ....
INGREDIENTS:
1/4 c butter
2/3 c sugar
1/2 c cold water
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c all purpose flour....(i hate when they say that ...yeah we know what flour is lol)
1/4 c unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 c miniture semi-sweet choc pieces (yummy)
2 tsp. powdered sugar. *
NON STICK cooking spray (or take a paper towel and greeze it w/ butter and it wont get on yer hands if no spray )

DIRECTIONS:
Preheat the oven to 350..lightly coat the bottom of a 9x9x2 inch baking pan w/ nonstick cooking spray being careful not to coat sides of pan. In a meduim saucepan melt butter, remove from heat. Stir in sugar, water and vanilla. Mix in flour, cocoa powder and baking powder until combined. Add choc pieces. Pour batter into pan.
Bake for 15 to 18 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean (duh lol) Cool pan on rack. Cut into bars (what if i wanna do triangles? lol) AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST SPRINKLE W/ POWDER SUGAR.
THIS IS INTERESTING THO:

start to finish 35 min
makes 16 brownies
111 calories, 1 g protein, 18g carbs, 4 g fat, (3 g saturated), 1 g fiber.

awwww,nice.i love to cook when i dont have 3 kids up my but.so thats never.i guess i hate to have to cook.but i do enjoy finding a cool(easy) recipe & trying it out

you put a can of refridgerated (sp) dr. pepper vanilla cherry in freezer for an hour
get a cup
fill half with ice
4 teaspoons hazelnut creamer at the bottom
add in can soda
wa la
(stir)

Italian Seasoned Super Sub

INGREDIENTS
Bread
Nonstick cooking spray
1 (11-oz.) can Pillsbury® Refrigerated Crusty French Loaf
2 tablespoons shredded fresh Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
Filling
3 tablespoons purchased creamy Italian salad dressing
2 (1-oz.) slices Swiss cheese
1/4 lb. thinly sliced cooked ham
1 small green bell pepper, sliced
2 (1-oz.) slices Cheddar cheese
1/4 lb. sliced salami
1 medium tomato, sliced
1 cup shredded lettuce

DIRECTIONS
1. Heat oven to 350°F. Spray cookie sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Remove dough from can; place seam side down on cookie sheet. With sharp or serrated knife, cut 4 or 5 (1/4-inch-deep) diagonal slices on top of dough.

2. In small bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, garlic salt and oregano; mix well. Spray dough with nonstick cooking spray. Sprinkle with cheese mixture.

3. Bake at 350°F. for 26 to 30 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool 20 minutes or until completely cooled.

4. Cut bread in half lengthwise. Brush cut sides of bread with salad dressing. Layer bottom half with Swiss cheese, ham, bell pepper, Cheddar cheese, salami, tomato and lettuce. Cover with top half of bread. Secure sandwich with toothpicks. Cut into 4 pieces.
