A wound! Today I was offered a very sweet deal. If I re-enlist for another three years in the Army they have me picked to go to a Ranger Unit! And I would get to go to Jump school! Very very few females get to get a Ranger unit! That would look so sweet on my resume!! And along with that, if I re-enlisted I would receive a 20k bonus.
 But when the Dept. Of the Army selected me, they had not looked into my medical problems, they just look at your military record. And then they select and then the weeding begins. I am gonna keep the paper that has my name on it for a Ranger Unit though! *sighs*  "Love me now or set me free- I am trainwreck tangled simple me.  My brother had at least 1 female in his jump school class. she was going to MP school if I remember right. That jumpin' is hard on your body! My bro only did it for 3 years. He'll be 25 in a couple weeks and he some times looks like an 80 year old man hobbling around. ----------------------------- I don't want to start Any blasphemous rumours But I think that God's Got a sick sense of humor And when I die I expect to find Him laughing --Depeche Mode |

well that is awesome that they thought of YOU to be in Ranger school, wildchild!... Sorry that you may not be able to do that, but i guess you have to weigh the pros and cons of it. I'm sure that there is an awesomely adventurous road that you'll go down anyways, lol..... keep the faith, dearest!

Not Ranger school..thats an all male deal. But a RANGER UNIT! Jump School is both male and female now. And yes, its horrible on the body, lol! But thanks gang! (HUGS)
