For the last couple of days I have been depressed and I don't know why. For some reason I have not been able to shut off my mind,so could you please send me some good vibes aprayers so that I might be able to get over this. Thank you.

sometimes its worse when you dont know why.I have had that happen to me.you feel down & cant figure it out.Try to force yourself to do something that makes you feel good.some candles,a glass of wine or hot choc & some nice music.Or go out & & see somewhere you think is nice.maybe a new haircut or a massage if that affordable.but always remember it will pass & you are worth the effort.Good vibes out to you.

Thank you b1, I did ok for awhile, but unfortunataly I am not doing so well today. I know it will get better, but it might take awhile.

I have always had a tendancy to get depressed especially at this time of year. It's frustrating to not know why you tell yourself you shouldn't be depressed, then you feel even guiltier for being so.I will be praying for you and sending positive thoughts your way. We all have those days or moments and i hate them too. Something i have done which i think does help is to remind the things your are blessed with such as family, health,etc. I also try to think because i know of ones who are real sick and value every day to its fullest not knowing if they have tomorrow and they never let it show on their face they always seem so upbeat maybe not on the inside but never let it show. I know it's hard to remember the things we should be thankful in life we take it for granite.

Quick update, I am doing well. Sometimes my mind won't shut off and that scares me a bit.BTW, I will be gone for a couple of days, and will be back on when I get home. Love to you all.
