Last week I had to have X-Rays done on both my legs as I have been
having major pain in them. I figured I had shin splints. Well the X-Rays came back showing that in my left leg I actually had a Stress Fracture and the other was showing signs as well, but you really can not tell much from just an X-Ray except if its bad like a stress fracture like in my left leg. The scary part is the X-Ray note from the radiologist (SP) said that along with the fracture they saw sclerosis in the leg. I was several months back diagnosed with Lumbar Sclerosis in my back and when they find Sclerosis in more than one place in the body..hello Mulitple Scleroris. (I know I am spelling that word so wrong, lol). So on the 4th of July, next Tuesday they are sending me to a civilian hospital for a bone scan on both legs as that will give them a more accurate look at what's going on with both legs. They will not make an official diagnosis until I get to Fort Hood and they can do further evaluations on my whole skeleton frame to see where else I might have it. They already think I have it in my arms as they are having the same type of pain as my legs. So I am pretty scared about all this, but and I know this is weird, but I am also somewhat relieved. Because now it explains why I have been having so many bone and other health issues these last two and a half years. This latest fracture is the fourth one I have had in 2.5 years. I had three fractures in my right hip and now the one in my leg. Not too mention they have found Arthritis in my foot, legs, hip and back and are pretty sure I have it in my neck, arms and hands too. I have been researching everything I can today on MS and if ya'll know someone or have the condition yourselves, please if you do not mind share your insight with me? I really would appreciate it gang. Oh and they have pushed back my fly date until the 24th of July because they do not want me to be on a cramped plane for 15 hours straight with my back and and stress fracture. *Sighs*. I am tired of being sick all the time and can only imagine what I am going to be like when I actually am old, lol. But on a brighter note, at least I will be with my son on his 14th Birthday which is August 11th!! "Love me now or set me free- I am trainwreck tangled simple me.
