I just heard about that...How sad is that!?!???? My god...That just tears at my heart strings. Thanks for posting that Wendy and be careful peeps! Poor babies.
Different subject, but so sad...Another pup was electrocuted today on a boston sidewalk...Live wires exposed from the street lights...The pup walked across the sidewalk grate...OMG I would kill someone if that happened to my dogs  Its like the 8th dog. |

I'm glad I missed it. I can't handle that kinda news. Though something needs to be done. Each time one dies, the one before him/her died in vain. Syd, did you happen to catch who they're saying is responsible (the state, city, utility, all of the above)? Regarding the issue of electrocuted dogs, please consider writing to the mayor of Boston: http://www.cityofboston.gov/contact/default.asp?id=55
I just watch the report & the city of Boston has accepted full responsibility. My suggestion was to computerize all of the boxes so that they could be monitored. One more dog is not acceptable. And next time it could be a child. Its under investigation...They lifted the grate and the wires were right there out in the open...They said the exposure was probably caused by the vibration of the traffic and such...Whatever
 Its doesnt matter if Nstar gets blamed bc they all work so closely together...They all cover for each other...Its a freakin p.iss off! |
