I've now expanded my walk to 4 miles i believe it is and i still am doing it in just under an hour but when i get back i'm barely sweating and not out of breath...the dog on the other hand is dead lol...
will i still lose weight even though im not all gross when im done...
well, I'm not an expert on this...but try it out for a while and see where it goes. if you see no change after a while, then increase the difficulty. it's healthy, regardless!
