Our school-project for the next 5 weeks is about America, Australia and the USA.

Our projects always ends with a musical, art-thing r somehing.
This time it ends around Christmas.

Our Christmas at school will be with English Christmas-songs, Santa Claus and all..

Please help me out here..

I need suggestions.. what's a cool thing to do?

Lisa asked me :"Was it worth it?"

My husband asked me:"What's your next dream?"

I love them both, but I don't have any dreams left now.. cause it was so worth it,just dreams for my kids..

So now that you have made a mess off me
And show me stars that I have never seen
I know it's wrong why does it feel so right
You haven’t got me yet but you might

The night before Christmas poem, turning it into a play is always cute. You know, when Santa comes down the chimney and eats the cookie, and not a soul was stiring, not even a mouse type deal. Exspecially when the little tow head girl spies on santa, lol.

"Love me now or set me free-
I am trainwreck tangled simple
me. " ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"You may not see me, yet you feel me. Your mind struggles to comprehend but is thwarted by ages of lies, who am I? I am you, I am your soul and I am simply me..Darcy"

"My heart beat thrice, twice, once...and then no more the moment a passing comet bespoke of your fall from grace".

Quote by Darcy, attitude by Darcy

Here is an idea that would be fun and cool

Each child tells the class what they do as a family to Celebrate christmas .

or

Have all the kids make a gift nothing expence and exchange the gifts with each other so eveyone gets a special gift .

or

Have the kids ask there parents if they can bring one food that they love eating and share .

Do the foods you cook there for the Holidays differ from ours? Could do american themed christmas foodies.

Maybe research an american shelter human or animal...have them donate maybe a dollar or design a flyer to help promote the shelter.

http://www.nsalamerica.org/

Beth Ostrosky sp..Howard Sterns wife does some wonderful things for this shelter.

If money is an issue...maybe donate clean towels and blankets and such...They need help.

Just a thought

I am drawing blanks Dutch...But still trying to think of an idea...I wish my friends class could have corresponded with urs...I did ask but her curriculum is already set and aproved Frowner

Nina just suggested maybe having them send christmas cards to a childrens hospital.

I know ur probably trying to have them see our culture or the differences or similarities in our cultures. Still thinking

The spirit of christmas is giving so..it could work

If it doesnt have to be American...they could donate old shoes to Soles for souls Big Grin

Your class could organize it thru the whole school...That would be cool.

I dunno Dutch!
