Does anyone else get emotional during these shows lmfaooooooooooooooooo...When they gave Bowie the lifetime achievement or whatever that was...I almost starting crying my eyes out...And Marys performance with U2 I was losing it

And I am sooooooooo glad Kelly beat out Mariah...But I cant beleive she beat out the others in her category She def got the most promotion.

I thought David Bowie completely deserved the Lifetime award..I also thought they should have shown a film of his acheivements and he should have been there, receiving the award from another huge star! not just a mention before they give out another award. Come on, give a superstar like that 5 minutes of air time!!!!

Kelly's performance tonight totally blew Mariah's out of the water. She sang "Because of You" beautifully and for me it was one of the highlights of the evening. I'm also excited that she won both her awards.

OMG Madonna was great - though the sound seems weird tonight. I loved Mary J Blidge and Bono!! I was like 'whoa!' Good for Kelly for winning and living the Dream. I love Kanye West and that was great theatre and music combined. Yay for Green Day!

The sound was weird...Especially in the beginning. I have never been a huge Keith Urban fan, bc i dont listen to country...But he rocked, and I loved that song he did.

Kayne and Jaimee rocked the house...That was great. And I loved Linkin Park and JayZ

Most def Mary was freakin fabulous with U2...That had to be a tough vocal range for her...and did it brilliantly

Christina doing jazz is a beautiful thing as well So far I'm pretty pleased with the show.


And let's not forget Paul McCartney who did well in his solo and with Jay Z and Linkin Park (I thought them winning was a total shock).

I actually missed most of all of the show..... I was watching American Idol trying to flip channels and everytime I did all I got was a commercial! ... but I did see Christina Aguilera sing, and it was beautiful...
