A couple weeks ago I went to the dr for some problems I was having with my shoulder, that I thought were related to a fall I took about a month prior. This set into motion 2 weeks of tests. . .and it seems that my breast cancer has recurred in my skin. I don’t know exactly what this means yet, I see the oncologist in the morning after I take the kids to school. I should find out more then. When I saw him a week or so ago, he said worst case I’d have a few months to live, best case many years. It would all depend on exactly what was going on. So for 2 weeks now I’ve been on one lovely manic roller coaster ride of thoughts and emotions. (thanks Nell, Dora, and Pen for doing your best to hold me together ) I haven’t said anything thus far, because I didn’t want to seem like a drama queen—at least publicly—right guys ?? But now that it’s time to find out exactly what is going on. . .and i’m beyond terrified. I have a million things going thru my head, and very few of them are good. So if I could be so bold as to ask for everyone’s thoughts and prayers. Anything you can send my way. . .I need. My kids will need it too. And my hubby. Please keep us in your thoughts. . .and I will let everyone know what I find out tomorrow. Hopefully it’s something. . .if it’s just more tests I’ll probably implode.

Tonight tho. . .we’re gonna have some fun. My kids school is having a book fair and my DJ buddy who’s daughter also goes to the same school is setting up his personal equipment in the gym and they’re gonna put on a little dance too. My kids are soooooo excited about seeing Fudge DJ. I’d prefer to just stay home and cry into my chocolate milk. . .but hubby says I need to go and have some fun. . .god only knows what tomorrow will bring.

Awwwwwwww Min....I am sooooooo sorry to hear that....You and your family are def in my thoughts and prayers....I am speechless sorry...I dont know what to say But I heart you very much...Please let us know how it goes tomorrow...In the meantime...hang in there. Hey Min73, I know we don't know each other (mainly because I'm a Lurker) but your post really got to me. You, your family, the Doctors, are all in my prayers. Be strong, keep a positive attitude, and never ever quit fighting. What ever the outcome, your friends and family will pull you through. Many great miracles come by the way of prayer and faith.

Min no doubt you'll be in my thoughts and prayers..please also try to be your self healer I mean we have a huge strength within us which we don't use too often..sometimes ignoring negative things in our brain helps really.You have a wonderful family and you are in a circle of their love(please count us too) which will give you the force to fight..I'll be waiting to hear from you..please trust the power within yourself..hugs
