Hey everyone hows it going? I have an ipod classic and when I got it Itunes poped up and said sync with itunes and it put everything on fine dandy and as sweet as cotton candy but then I wanted to add more at a later date butttt I pluged the ipod in itunes pops up and I'm thinking this is gonna go fine and boy was I wrong itunes pops up and this little box says delete and sync or cancel and knowing there wasn't a pull my hair out and scream button I hit delete and sync it took everything off the ipod and put everything back along with the new songs I wanted to add that was fine but to make a long story even longer my question shall be is there a way to add more songs without it going through the delete and sync each time or is that the way it's suspose to do each time thanks for your help and you all take care.

is your ipod set to automatic ?It usually will update any new songs once you plug it in.you may have it on a manual setting.apple stores are usually very helpful if you go in to ask them a question.good luck.

and now i have 160 g
and a 1 g too

The apple store will help... both my ipods as soon as i plug em in bam just like that they are updated...... ihad to delete my stuff be4
but..... you should have to g=do that everytime

Hey Capri thanks for the replay I've been looking on their forum deal but I still have to look for how to get ahold of them but they day I got mine it all went smooth I'd say whats happen is I've turned somthing on or off in the ipod menu I can be about as dumb as a bag of wet hair in a barber shop at times lol wow you have a 230 gig man what do you store on that thing the whole house thanks again for your reply
