Today's lovely thing was bumping into some of my young folk in the supermarket, talking to some of them online, chatting to my tutor in college and the happy surprise in my friends voices when i walked into the common room today. i like conversation =]

I have one to add, mom and I were watching the Dead Zone by Stephen King tonight on disc, when Marty the dog ran into Bree's and my bedroom and came out with a teddy bear which she placed on the floor and lay her chin across and stared up at the television.That was priceless.

after the baseboard guy left (he did it wrong and it needs to be redone now), i went to the grocery, which i detest lol, but i got diff groceries than my normal boring routine kinds, and then stopped at starbucks drivethru for a white chocolate mocha and the guy gave me a buncha samples of their pastries, and was so nice, that i smiled all the way home from the dreaded grocery trip lol... put the groceries away and munched blueberry coffee cake and downed it with my white chocolate mocha and marveled at what a wonderful world this really is, we just gotta recognize, not take it for granted... a life can change in an instant, for the worse, so any good, can make it all good...

It's only, what, 2:30pm? But already my day has been lovely because a) the sun's still shining and it's gorgeous outside, b) i got coffee and scones with cream & jam this morning and then the added surprise of someone else paying for it, c) i've had a very productive work day that always makes me feel good & d) i got a nice invitation in the post today that just made me smile =]
