 i'm still giddy over my niece's phone call telling me she's having her first baby in dec. she has a ton of gyno probs so didn't think she'd ever be able to have one and now... blessing! she was born to be a momma and she'll make a wonderful momma and i'm so happy for her and happy to be the great-aunt of the young'un! I was talkin to a guy I deliver to for my job. I asked him if he knew where I could get a nice used car. Just so happens he knows of a Buick Regal, 1993, one owner. I saw the car and it looks great. I haven't had a car since mine was stolen, so this was good news in deed.

Can i write about yesterday's trivial yet important things? K, thanks.
Yesterday was a morning spent meeting new people who went to the effort of providing a vegetarian breakfast for me, praying with them all and being allowed to share in what's going on for the young people of our town(s). A real privelege. And then it was iced chai teas and post-it notes on walls with silly pictures that made me giggle. And it was playing/singing along with a guitar in the coffee shop and three Lauras in a row that made us a trinity of new-found friends. And it was a trip to pizza hut where i got to share food with some of the loveliest people everrrr whilst making friends with the waitress, writing notes to her on our bill and getting to take her photo with the group. Basically, it was a day full of tiny insignificant things that built up to make it one incredibly lovely day. Those are the best kind of days ~Ches xo Wake up. You are alive. We're on your side. Something good did happen today, you posted this wonderful thought provoking deal aaaaaaaaaaaand the very fact that your back with us, seeing our post.........so TWO good thaaangs did happen today. Oh and my dog only pissed on the floor twice and he finally is coming to understand he has to eat his own darned food out of his dish instead of mine!
