Went to vet today to see what he found out, through the specialist. He just said that repair to the sac that would be leaking has never been successful. He said to put Panda on a low fat diet, and to keep him on dry food only. He said he could still have a tumor and that he cant see it, and he wants to do another xray in about 6-8 weeks. So really no the news hasnt changed.. I was hoping ug

awww thanks Syd he is a handsome boy, and thank you so much for your support it means the world to me. I have to get him into vet tomorrow to get fluid out, its only been a week, but he has been coughing and that is part of the fluid build up so I know its time to come out, or I'm hoping thats all it is.

Thanks Syd and Lil, well went to vet today and he was only able to get one syringe out and he had a hard time doing that, and must of hit something because he had some blood in it this time,so he gave me antibotic for 4 days. I think the tumor is getting bigger, we'll see what happens next time. But I got my boy outside for a bit once he had something to eat and drink, he looks so forward to that. I have holidays coming first week of july, and I have a Friday off in June, and I plan on spending it with my boy and I will be camping out all week in the living room with my kitties. Right now I camp out in the living room on the weekends, you must think I'm nuts, well the kitties dont like when the fan goes on in the bedroom and I need noise to sleep lol!!!!! Anyway will keep you posted.

I dont think your nuts at all...I would be doing the same thing...Your such a great mom!! Sorry for lil Panda tho..That must have hurt a lil bit..Your an awesome example to other pet owners...Some peeps just dont get it...Big Hugs to you and prayers to the lil guy.

Thanks lmfnpfan2 and Syd your support means alot,and thank you syd for the kind words. I tryed not to get my hopes up to high, I try not to think about things and try to stay in the moment not whats to come. I'm afraid though I'm not going to deal very well when Panda passes, Ralphy was very quiet, Panda is always there every day, when I leave for work he sees me off, and welcomes me home, and lets me know he wants to go out side. And he has his way of loving you, he give s me these love bites on my nose. When I kiss him he nudges me back. I love it when he just stares at me with those beautiful loving eyes of his. He likes to chat with you as well. But he is a mama's boy, he wont love anyone else like he does me. He'll say hi go for a pat and off he goes with anyone else. He is a real sweet boy and I will miss him something aweful. I will never have another cat like him. I love all my cats, but you know how you have that one, he would be the one. He usually sticks to me like glue. Anyway I will keep you updated on things, again thank you for your support.

Well had Panda to vet today, it has only been a week since last time. I asked about getting a ultra sound done to see if we could see anything. well we finally did we found two bumps in front of the heart. He also did a xray and also took alittle fluid out. He didnt charge me for xray or taken fluid out which was really nice. He said he wanted to do another ultra sound in about 10-14 days no charge. So I have to take him on thurs to see if we can more fluid out, xray showed fluid still in chest so we'll see I told him if he had a hard time getting fluid not to push it. He was such a good boy today, he said his heart is really clear he hasnt seen such a clear heart, I thought to my self I wished he was all clear of anything. So there is no sign of heart in struggle so that is good. He also seen this thing flapping, he had no clue what that was, other then that could be where the fluid is leaking from. Anyway at least we found what we were looking for and we can keep an eye on it to see how big it gets, I want to make sure he isnt suffering in any way, right now its more of a disconfort no pain. Anyway thats all for now.

Hey Julie, While I am glad you have some answers, I am sorry about the news Hopefully the doc can do something for him..I am glad he isnt in any pain...Poor lil kid has been thru so much. And what an awesome vet you have..That wouldve cost a fortune I bet. Hang in there and as always, your in my thoughts and prayers. HUGS
