omg. ive got insomnia sooo bad my eyes are watering and i can NOT sleep ...lol i dont know what yall can do but i thought id tell ya lol...*

i can never sleep, i just sit and play demos of games that i have downloaded from shockwave.com for a while, but each game-trial-thingy only lasts for 60minutes

oh thank you kirsty ...ive been on here all frickin day too ...its so agravating you know when you cant sleep ...horrible ...the pharmisist i called said to buy some sleeping pills ..but they make my legs feel freaky lol...im a mess i tell ya ...really id go buy a beer if i could and chug it down ...and i really dont want to go buy it at 6 am ...lol

lol
i have never tried sleeping pills and i dont plan to start anytime soon. anytime i do get to sleep i wake up about an hour later and then have to try and sleep all over again (i wonder why i am always tired!!!) |

i never sleep and so i am always tired
i did sleep in a bit this morning thou, my dad knocked my door and told me that it was 7 and i must have slept thru my alarms again or something =( |

one of my Xmas pressies this year was this cool light/paper weight thing that is like a glass ball that you sit on a base so the lights reflect thru it, and you can make it play like sea noises and bird songs and stuff
i still listen to my own music thou, usually i just leave my laptop running playing all my music randomly all night solitaire does help thou, it bores me to sleep!!! |

lol yeah i thought of that too...the combo lol...well i finally got to sleep at 9am ...and thank you for all yer suggestions ...actually i tried them all but the choc. ...
