Yuck..I never add salt to anything..unless it's a baked potato an only if I don't have sour cream on it. I like black pepper & crushed red peppers & garlic..lol

I avoid salt all the time due to kidney stones, I had them once and never want it again! Its torcher not being able to eat potato chips, but I avoid 'em!

wow that is alot of salt in some of those dishes. I don't use alot of salt and try not to buy too much prepackaged foods, or fast foods often. But who would have know on some of those!! yikes

Thanks for the heads up. I can beleive that Hardy's is the saltiest burger.....their commercials make their food look nasty. I have never eaten there and certianly dont plan on eating there now.
