I am so sorry I didn't see this sooner. I am sorry for your lose Syd....I know how hard it is to loss a pet and a friend. They are part of our families and my thoughts are with you guys.

Q, Betsy, Suz, UFO omg thank you so much for all your support..EVeryone else too. Its been a lil bit over a week now...Syd is starting to adjust as are the other kids. Nina seems to be doing better too. I honestly dont think I could have handled this with out all of your support and prayers and Hugs...Yeah we got real friends (not cyber) but its more difficult to talk in person or on the phone sometimes...Just reading this and being able to post when I could made it that much easier.

Syd no thanks needed, most, if not all of us, have experienced a horrific loss of a loved pet (and yes family member) at some point, tragically.
Also no worries, no offense taken at the cyber comment either, it is what it is. I knew what you meant. And I to feel that way w/people I've met thru this forum and my own and I to tell some of them more then I would a close friend in my non-cyber life, because often it is easier to write it down then to verbalize it.

Hugs and I am glad (as much as can be under circumstances) that you, Nina and the rest of the kids are adjusting. He'll never truly be gone because he lives on in your hearts and memories.

I forgot to say that this place is just filled w/fantastic people who are here to lend support in whichever capacity they can, and I think the new one will be same way. Lisa and her fans are the BEST!

truly, no thanx needed at all... i've leaned on my pirate fam many many times in the past year, even when they didn't know i needed them, they were there with their smiles and friendship; this is an amazingly empathetic and caring group we have here!

took us 6 weeks of daily tears when our rocko left, to even begin to cope with his loss, so hugs to you in the days to come if u find the flood returning, syd... continued prayers to you!

(p.s. i've always been a bs avoider, lol... life really is too short...)

I concur when we lost our dogs (not @ same time but fairly close, one to cancer and the other to accident.) I still find it hard to speak of, espescially my Blue Chow....

Syd I am so sorry to hear about Sebastian and sorry I didn't see this sooner. I hope you are doing ok. I've lost my two dogs and its no easy thing to go through.
