How would i say describe this movie or say what its about with out giving it away????

It's about an excentric (sp) 16 year old who gets preggos, who is way mature beyond her years and not mature to take care of the baby.
If you grew up in the 80's a lot of the nic-knacks in the movie will bring back great memories...... I.E. A hamburger telephone
There are a lot of great one-liners and the quorkyness (sp) will make you fall in love with the characters (bonus i spelled one thing right characters) although the soundtrack is not as good as lets say "the garden state" or as catchy at the opening song in N. dynamite (sp) "we could be friends" the white stripes or jack johnson which ever you prefer.......... BUT this movie stands on its own and i found i bought a cple of the songs from it on itunes
i give this movie 5 stars and the Lead actress is up for a golden globe, once you see this movie you will understand why
The lead actress look very familiar................ where have we seen her????

grrr it was farking sold out. I have NEVER seen a theatre so crowded here in Wichita before, I still cannot believe it. We had to settle on seeing "Charlie Wilson's War" instead. It was good, I liked it, but not as much as I'm sure I would have liked "Juno". Will try again on Tuesday.

the lead actress starred in 'hard candy', had an eye-opening performance there too!

this is one of the best, if not the best, movie of this year... 'juno' has an amazing presence in the movie and the personality and delivery to fit her character-she's going to be a huge star i think, don't u, capri??? there aren't a lotta 'filler' lines etc, about every word counts, i bet i could watch it half a dozen times and still hear/see things that escaped me when i saw it the first time. yup, HUGE kudos to 'juno'!

she is a good actress alot of the good ones start indepenent first.

it IS sooo disturbing! but she does an amazing job-she's just gonna be huge... surely!!!
i do watch a lotta indie films, punk turned me onto them, more than half the movies i watch are indie i bet, and i watch a lotta movies, luv 'em!
