I belong to quite a few bath and body groups and we have a RAK(random act of kindness) Program on a few of them and it is actually alot of fun!! Those who want to participate sign up and others RAK them with some of their handcrafts products, chocolates, coffee and various other gifts or cards. Anyway I thought I would post this here to remind or encourage members or guests of this forum to be an Angel or RAK someone just because......spreading positive kind gestures is a simple, easy and wonderful way to change the world. It is the ripple effect. Just image tossing a peddle into a still lake, ripples last long than the time it took the peddle to hit the water and sink.
