that is true other people can have a big impact on us wether we know it or not. it can also be the other way round with people who are a good influence on us and our mental health i know at least one person MB it always helps my mental health to be around her and when im feeling stressed and worried about things some how she always manages without fail to make me smile and/or laugh about something and it really helps. i know she is a good influence on me and my mental health i can be feeling like this
and she always makes me feel like this .
i guess i dont really know her that well but its all down to her personality and who she really is on the inside

"the un quiet mind" Kay Jamison ...who has manic depression/bi-polar and is a doctor and a professor at John Hopkins. ....VERY good book the first one ....many famous people in it and its like a text book ..she researched everything in it ..its not an opinion. ....

Kay Jamison's books to be honest i actualy hate reading but i am seriously considering buying these so you see you are a good influence on me. i saw some other books that looked really good im considerig buying some of them too they sound reallly good. they by a lady called

well majik i went shopping before and well passing the book section i thought to myself i'll see what they got could not get the ones you told me about may have to get them off internet but i did get
twilight children by torey hayden (not read this one yet) and another one called the definitive book of body language by allan & barbara pease (i like this one) it really has some good stuff in it i read one bit and thought that it was so true, there are so many things you do without thinking about it. i found one bit of body language i do on a regular basis and when i thought about when and why i do it the book got me spot on. i thought to myself thats me all over

hi majik well i was not really saying what kind boundries i mainly wanted to see what first came into your head on reading the word. but seeing as you asked i will say. in the mental health course im doin we are doin about professional boundries and im strugglein a little i guess i was trana see if i could get any isporation from anything you guys said. i mean to me it does mean limiting yourself something i try to avoid at all cost my problems limit me enough i guess in my head i cant get past that. so for me profecional bounries but also boundrie in general what the actual word means to you and what you asosiate with the word

well the word means (in therapy) to me , that the professional should have boundries to keep confidential ...boundries not to let the person/patient believe things that arent true..to "get by in therapy" ....
boundries definatly with medicine. ...i think someone should NEVER be prescribed any type of medicine on the first visit. ...DEFINALTY not a narcotic. ...and i think they need boundries w/ THAT MORE THAN ANYTHING.....
