watch Hillary on Tyra on friday.......really liked her and what she had to say. I am perplexed on my thoughts on her. Not sure if I will vote for her because I do like John McCain, but I am sure she has done the work, knows the issues and dedicated her life to law and public life. Definately prepaid for the position. I am not looking at gender or ethnicity, or religion. Wondering who will get the job done. We need alot of work in the country but I dont' think it will all come from government. I like what Roseanne said We need to focus on Solar Engery, we need health care for EVERYONE, that is not happening.

Jonee, I absolutely agree with you! Eventhough I'm no fan of McCain, I do think he's a good Republican...I like where he stands. And as far as Hillary goes, of course she's prepared! Like Betsy said, Dare to dream!

"Fascist ethics begin ... with the acknowledgment that it is not the individual who confers a meaning upon society, but it is, instead, the existence of a human society which determines the human character of the individual. According to Fascism, a true, a great spiritual life cannot take place unless the State has risen to a position of pre-eminence in the world of man. The curtailment of liberty thus becomes justified at once, and this need of rising the State to its rightful position." ---Mario Palmieri, "The Philosophy of Fascism" 1936

"We must stop thinking of the individual and start thinking about what is best for society." -----Hillary Clinton, 1993

This woman is dangerous. Perhaps the most dangerous politician in America. This is a woman who believes that America is great because of its government, not because of the dynamic of individual freedom, economic liberty and the rule of law. She casts wealth redistribution in the light of "fairness" and decries the concept of ownership. Her attacks on individualism are clear, as is her affinity for "we're all in it together" collectivism. Her professors had it right. Socialist.

Conservatives, and especially libertarians, believe that the individual owns himself. The liberal believes that the individual belongs to society, an entity to be exploited for something called "the common good." The libertarian believes that the best thing a person can do in this life is to live their own life in responsible and self-sufficient manner so as not to impose a burden on others. The liberal believes that we have a duty to live our lives for the benefit of others or for society. To do anything else is to be "selfish" or "greedy."

I agree, Quinn. I love Hillary and Obama, both...but them attacking each other was just a turn off! What the H.E.L.L?! They would be great as a team...but they didn't act like adults. Listen folks, I know it's politics but no **** wonder America is so lost...we have politicians attacking each other at every cost! NOT GOOD!!!

And Unique Dog...I don't think Hillary is dangerous in any way! Wink

You are so funny! I agree. I think all politicians are full of it. I wish we had another Reagan Frowner I love what he did with the war on drugs. I have yet to hear any of the candidates talk about getting the drug dealers off the streets. I mean that is the reason why we have so much crime in this country. Those are issues I'd like to hear about from someone.

I just have one thing to say...George W. Bush. A three eyed dog with fleas would be a better president, and much less "dangerous " than him.

I'm sorry, Michele, but grandpa Reagan was one of the worse things to happen to this country. He was one of the greatest politicians of all time.
Drugs will never go away. The US government is making too much money from them. They should all be legal.

I like Hill for Pres, I think she is the best Dem and if I had to choose a Conservative I think at this point Romney would be the best choice for me.

I think Hillary showed a bad side of herself and so did Obama when they got into it a couple of weeks ago..That shows her true character and she just seems to be a little sneaky...I guess all politicians are sneaky in some way though but I REALLY don't want Hillary to win the presidency!!! Don't throw tomatos at me!! LOL
