A Republican candidate for councilman that was charged with two counts fo child abuse for having sex with a 13 and a 14 year old girl, slammed his car into a cement viaduct at a hight rate of speed. No brake marks and the speed the car was travelling pointed to an apparent suicide. He left a wife and 2 kids.
