It's kind of weird down here in California. Today was in the 70s. (VERY NICE: I LOVE IT!!!!!) But tomorrow, it seems, it'll be back in the 60s. I would be so angry if it ever got in the 40s. It's too cold for me. LOL!!!

Madonna didn't do that, that was what the sexual revolution was for.
She just shakes up people with what she does on TV...and to some, that's heroic. But to others, that's not good, LOL! I like some of her music, but I don't believe she changed the world

If she can shake up what the establishment has put down then she can shake things up and indeed help change the world!

For those of us who are single, husbands or wives
We reach out for an answer to life's daily struggles and watch our TV's
But what do we see?
We see anger and hate, greed and rape
Where do we go when we want to escape?
We try hiding in the music, but we find it there too
What is a honest man to do?
We can listen to Madonna and feel her dance beat
We can head out to the clubs and dance on our feet
If for just one night....her music could make it all right
But if we really want to start a revolution with Madonna as our queen
We must attract a following that the world has not seen
For change comes in measures and measures come in time
Maybe we can start this revolution if she believes in my rhyme

Its time for another poem with conscious and rhyme
If Madonna really wants to start a revolution...
She must see that her fans are really a part of the solution
We follow her life and take meaning through her art
How will this revolution start?
She must offer us some hope that there is a better world out there to see
A place in her heart for you and for me
Change comes to those who believe that we must right the wrongs
We hear it in the artists words....what they say in their songs
So if you can believe in my words and what I have to say
You will see that I reach out for love each and every day
But I find that I receive little in return....but that’s ok
I'll continue to write here in Lisa's forum...spreading my words of love and peace
And we might just find that a new revolution is growing even as my words may cease
