speaking of tax payers,a client of mine is friends with a local doctors wife (they are from India) but have lived and practiced here for about 25 years. My client told me they do not (the doctor and his wife) have to pay taxes because they never claimed residency here in America and all they have to do is go back to India for 30 day a years not even at one time just as long as it is 30 days. We have a local pizza owner who is from Peru and him and his wife travel alot back to Peru. I just wonder if this is true and if so it makes me mad because they are here collecting our money as we patornize these places and pay no taxes but still someday will probalby be able to have all the benefits that us tax payers probabley won't have because of those who know how to work the system and become rich off of those who have to pay taxes on what they earn. I really hope this is not the case if anyone knows please let us taxpayers know.

my 2nd aunt joe lives in ohio and florida ,but she claims residency in florida ,where they never pay state tax,now if she spends more than appx. 90 days in ohio then she would have to pay state tax in ohio ,but either way she always has to pay federal income tax , as i understand the law, any money made [gambling,whatever] in the UNITED STATES is taxable with federal income tax . item:if we went to mexico and worked ,our money is taxable down there even if you are not a citizen. tell the people from india ELVIS said ''NUM A STA'' that means in indian ''with all do respect''.

i just re-read your statement ,do the people from peru own the pizza joint,or do they just manage the place ,and ask them how often do they go home, twice a month and for how many days 1-2,just wondering.

E.P.,the people own the pizza parlor.She is american citizen she was born and raised here in our little town, he is from Peru she meet him while away at school. He is a real nice guy. They go to Peru about once a month,sometimes over the weekend sometimes for a week sometimes for two weeks. Everyone in town always makes commits about how he must make good money to be able to fly back and forth all the time.
