So I took a few trips down to New Orleans after the storm Katrina, but 1 of those was the most awesome experience ever! We painted a mural on the streets of Central City and all the kids from the Ymca came and then we tried to get the street kids to come and paint with us. Police officers and firefighters all stopped to paint it was so much fun and so cool to see all those smiling faces on the kids. We're trying to plan another trip down there with Common ground project if anyone is interested give me a message and I'll let you know what we have going on!
Also, we painted a huge mural in childrens hospital in birmingham and we wanted to continue donating murals to childrens hospitals across the country. how cool would that be to travel all over and do that! I believe our next hospital is going to be in Vanderbilt, TN. Someone at the LMP concert told me about a Childrens there actually! So if you live close by there and want to help out let us know and I'll give you all the info needed!
