The c;mere thread.One of approx three or four threads that paid obeisance to wanting to change the world and change it for the better like the world matters mission statement implies, not just posting on tragedies that have already occurred and that no one here could do much to solve.Much like the nightly news sensationalistic horror blopped on top of every day life took the limelight instead of how-to-help efforts or basic human interest.Well, whomever the "higher-up" is/was that said yeah ok, blip the hug thread as it had been dubbed by the exuberant hug-partakers lost a friend yesterday and I lost two years + of energy and love and mission-to-do-well.Of this I have to say, hey higher-up, I owe you a big phat rap to the sn.ot-locker.I was left no numbers to laud, no reply count to start a-new with, etc.Yes, I know that doesn't really count for much as the hug thread is a living thing, an effort continually in progress, it just felt very good to see the effort recorded, through two christmasses(christmassii?), the many battles solved within the threads walls,the many diverse people that came to know and understand and be a part of the happening of a no-baggage all-love atmosphere.To me the thread was on a plain all its' own, a growing breathing thing.Ah well. I digress.I have swaddled myself in my own bandages, had a good two-hour sniffle in the bath,I will continue to mourn, but for the people requesting that this goes on, this is for you, and I hope for the continuing on of the spirit that bore the original thread aloft.I don't need to explain it over again.
